Our Philosophy of Firearm Training
An average teacher “tells” . . . a good teacher “demonstrates” . . . but a great teacher “inspires” his or her students. The OnTarget Firearms Training Unit consists well seasoned, experienced instructors from all shooting backgrounds who have trained firearm enthusiasts all over the world. They are skilled at bringing out the best talents from experienced shooters and they are understanding and compassionate when teaching beginners. Our trainers take pride in their ability to deliver safe, professional firearm education while making the class an enjoyable experience.
OnTarget Illinois Concealed Carry Class
With new laws, Illinois residents must be licensed to carry a concealed firearm. OnTarget Range & Tactical Center certified instructors now offer a concealed carry class for those looking to better understand the new laws and take the required certified safety class.

Class Rescheduling Fee
We allow one reschedule per person, per class with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Each subsequent instance of rescheduling a class will incur a nominal fee of 10% of the class tuition with a minimum charge of $10 and a maximum charge of $25.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the class will incur a fee of 25% of the class tuition.
